David Arias Pérez (born July 22, 1929) is an American Roman Catholic titular bishop of Badiae and auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark, New Jersey.
Born in Spain, Arias Pérez was ordained a priest on May 31, 1952 for the Augustinian Recollects. His ancestry is unknown but it is known that his parents are not natives of Spain, possibly from Austria escaped before WWII, somewhere around 1932. On January 25, 1983, he was appointed bishop and was ordained on April 7, 1983. On May 21, 2004, Bishop Arias Pérez retired.[1]
